What is Wellbaby Vitamin D Drops?

Wellbaby Vitamin D Drops is a vitamin supplement solution that intends for infants and young children to get the recommended amount of Vitamin D by the UK Department of Health. The active ingredients are olive oil and Vitamin D3 (Cholecalciferol). The formula is free from peanut oil, alcohol, salt, yeast, lactose, artificial sweeteners, colours or preservatives.

What are the benefits of Vitamin D?

Vitamin D helps the body improve the absorption rate of numerous minerals, including calcium, magnesium, and phosphate. Each of these is important for a child's growth and they promote a healthy immune system as well as strong bones.

Who are these vitamin drops suitable for?

It is suitable for babies and children aged from birth to four years of age. It is not suitable for anyone who is allergic to olive oil. If your child has any food allergies, then speak to a doctor before using this supplement.

How should Wellbaby Vitamin D be used?

You should use it by using the included syringe and put enough of the liquid in up to the 0.5ml line on it. Administer the drops onto the child's tongue and then rinse the syringe afterwards. You should give one syringe, 0.5ml, once a day. Please note that vitamin supplements should support a healthy diet and not be used as a food substitute. 

Are there any side effects?

There are no known side effects so if you do notice one then you should contact your doctor as soon as possible. If your child suffers from any allergies, then you need to contact your doctor before you use it.

Is this vitamin supplement suitable for vegetarians?

Yes, these vitamins are fine to use for vegetarians. 

Do not exceed the stated dose. Keep out of the reach and sight of children.
