What is Omega-3?
Omega-3 is a family of fatty acids that we should include in our balanced, varied diet in order to maintain good health. There are 3 main types of omega-3 fatty acids:
- Alpha-linolenic acid (ALA)
- Eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA)
- Docosahexaenoic acid (DHA)

How to use this product
Suitable for children aged 3 - 7. Chew 1 - 2 jellies per day. Ensure the jelly is chewed properly before swallowing. Do NOT exceed the recommended intake or give to children under the age of 3. Consume within 30 days after opening.
