Valupak Vitamin B Complex is a one-a-day vitamin tablet which contains a wide range of B Vitamins, which help to support your health, wellbeing, and vitality. They’re gluten free and vegetarian society approved, and contain no sugar or yeast. These tablets are also free from artificial flavours, colours, and preservatives.

B vitamins help to support your vitality, as they include thiamin, riboflavin, niacin, and biotin which all help to maintain a normal energy yielding metabolism. How to take Valupak Vitamin B Complex
Take one Valupak Vitamin B Complex tablet every day. For best results take with food or with a sip of water or another cool drink. Do not take more than the recommended daily dose.
When should Valupak Vitamin B Complex not be used?
Valupak Vitamin B Complex is not suitable for use by children under the age of 12. Do not take this product if you are allergic to any of the listed ingredients.
