What is Valupak Vitamin B Complex?

Valupak Vitamin B Complex is a one-a-day vitamin tablet which contains a wide range of B Vitamins, which help to support your health, wellbeing, and vitality. They’re gluten free and vegetarian society approved, and contain no sugar or yeast. These tablets are also free from artificial flavours, colours, and preservatives.

 

Why would I need a Vitamin B supplement?

B vitamins help to support your vitality, as they include thiamin, riboflavin, niacin, and biotin which all help to maintain a normal energy yielding metabolism. Other B vitamins, pantothenic acid and folic acid help to reduce your tiredness and fatigue, while vitamins B6 and B12 help to support a healthy immune system.

 

Which B vitamins are in these tablets?

Each Valupak Vitamin B Complex tablet contains 100% of your daily NRV (Nutrient Reference Value) of B Vitamins, including:

  • Thiamin (Vitamin B1) – 1.1mg
  • Riboflavin (Vitamin B2) – 1.4mg
  • Niacin (Vitamin B3) – 16mg NE
  • Vitamin B6 – 1.4mg
  • Pantothenic Acid – 6mg
  • Vitamin B12 – 2.5µg
  • Folic Acid - 200µg
  • Biotin (Vitamin B7) - 50µg

 

How to take Valupak Vitamin B Complex

Take one Valupak Vitamin B Complex tablet every day. For best results take with food or with a sip of water or another cool drink. Do not take more than the recommended daily dose.

 

When should Valupak Vitamin B Complex not be used?

Valupak Vitamin B Complex is not suitable for use by children under the age of 12. Do not take this product if you are allergic to any of the listed ingredients. Food supplements should not be used as a replacement for a balanced diet or healthy lifestyle. Speak to your doctor or Chemist 4 U pharmacist before taking this product if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking any other medication, or have an underlying medical condition.
