How to use Tena Absorbent Protectors

Remove the protector from it’s individual wrapping and remove the backing paper from its sticky side. Press the protector into the inside of your underwear to apply, keeping the sticky side face down. When you’ve finished using this product, peel it out of your underwear and dispose of it in a sanitary bin or with regular household waste. Do not attempt to flush this product down the toilet as this can cause blockage.
