What is Sebamed Anti-Dandruff Shampoo?
Sebamed Anti-Dandruff Shampoo is a treatment that works to provide relief for those who are suffering from a flaky scalp. This shampoo is 100% soap-free and does not contain any alkalis. The active ingredient in this shampoo is piroctone olamine, which is a treatment for fungal infections. The formula in this shampoo is pH neutral with a 5.5 which promotes the natural skin barrier on the scalp and protects the hair.
What causes dandruff?
Dandruff can be caused by a number of different conditions but on the surface, look the same. Some conditions cause bigger dandruff flakes whereas others will make the scalp itchy. Conditions that can cause dandruff to include:

With wet hair, work the shampoo into the scalp using the hands. Use the palms to make the shampoo into a lather. Rinse off after using. Repeat the process if necessary. Use the shampoo when needed.
