What is Seven Seas Omega-3?

Seven Seas Omega-3 capsules are a daily supplement of Omega-3 which helps to give you a reliable source of essential Omega-3 fatty acids. These easy to take, one-a-day capsules are free from artificial colours, flavours, and preservatives.

 

How much Omega-3 is in these capsules?

Seven Seas Omega-3 contain 1105mg of fish oil concentrate in each capsule, which provides 697mg of Omega-3. This is a rich source of 2 of the most well-known Omega-3 fatty acids, DHA and EPA, with each capsule providing 354mg of EPA and 236mg of DHA.

 

How can Omega-3 support me?

The DHA Omega-3 fatty acid in this product can help to support normal brain function and vision. DHA and EPA combined can help to support the normal function of your heart.

 

How to take Seven Seas Omega-3 capsules

Take one Seven Seas Omega-3 every day with a sip of water or another cold drink. Do not take more than the recommended daily dose. Read the patient information leaflet carefully before using this product.

 

When should Seven Seas Omega-3 not be used?

Seven Seas Omega-3 is not suitable for use by children under the age of 12. Do not take this product if you are allergic to fish or any of the other listed ingredients. Food supplements should not be taken in place of a balanced diet or healthy lifestyle. Speak to your doctor or Chemist 4 U pharmacist before taking this product if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking any other medication, or have an underlying medical condition.
