- Omega-3 – Helps to reduce the chance of heart disease and a stroke. Also helps to reduce blood pressure.
- Glucosamine – Relieve pain and stiffness in the joints. Helps to provide relief for those who suffer from osteoarthritis.
- Chondroitin – A natural chemical that is found in cartilage, chondroitin is important for relieving the effects of osteoarthritis and joint stiffness.
These capsules also contain vitamin C and D which help to support healthy muscles and bones.

These capsules are suitable for anyone who is living a healthy, active lifestyle and is looking for supplements to help maintain the joints, bones, and muscles which will be used when exercising.
