What are Phizz Multivitamin & Hydration Effervescent Tablets?
Phizz Multivitamin & Hydration Effervescent Tablets are vegan, low-calorie multivitamins that help you to stay hydrated. As a water multiplier, these tablets help your body to absorb up to 3 times more water than drinking water alone. These dissolvable vitamins are ideal for an extra boost after a big night, before a long flight or during a hard day’s work.
What is the recommended dosage?
You should take no more than 4 Phizz Multivitamin & Hydration Effervescent Tablets in one day (two doses of two tablets). You can take these tablets as a daily vitamin supplement or whenever you feel like you might need a hydration boost. Phizz tablets are particularly beneficial during travel, as aeroplanes can lead to jet lag and dehydration. They’re also great at helping you recover from exercise or a late night.
Which vitamins are included in these multivitamin tablets?
Taking a multivitamin tablet can be beneficial for your health if you don’t get enough essential vitamins and minerals through your diet alone. These tablets, however, are not a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and healthy lifestyle. Phizz Multivitamin & Hydration Effervescent Tablets include:
-
Chloride
