What is Oilesen Vitamin D3 Spray?

Oilesen Vitamin D3 spray provides supplementary Vitamin D3 for children, adolescents and adults, as well as individuals who may be housebound or avoid sun exposure.

Why is Vitamin D important?

Vitamin D is important for good health, strong bones and muscles. Unlike other vitamins, we do not need to get Vitamin D from the food we eat, as our main source is made by our skin in response to sunlight.

If we do not get enough Vitamin D, we can feel tired and our muscles can feel weak or ache. Severe Vitamin D deficiency can cause osteomalacia, which makes our bones softer and causes severe bone pain and muscle weakness. Children who have a Vitamin D deficiency can develop rickets which can cause permanent deformities to the bone, weaken muscles and reduce growth.

How to take Oilesen Vitamin D.

Shake before use. Take 2-4 doses per day by spraying underneath the tongue or on the inner side of the cheek for fast absorption.
