What are Nutri Within Magnesium Capsules?

Nutri Within Magnesium Capsules are a supplement containing 200mg of magnesium, an essential mineral that the body needs for the metabolism process. Magnesium helps convert food into energy, create new proteins from amino acids and helps to regulate neurotransmitters that send messages throughout the brain and nervous system. 

What is the recommended dosage?

The recommended dosage is one capsule per day, swallowed whole with water and preferably with a meal. Taking a food supplement can be beneficial for your health if you don’t get enough essential vitamins and minerals through your diet alone. This product is not, however, a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and healthy lifestyle. 

What are the benefits of magnesium?

Whilst studies are ongoing into magnesium supplements, the benefits of the mineral may include improved exercise performance, reduced depression, lower risk of developing type 2 diabetes and lower blood pressure. 

When should this product not be used? 

Nutri Within Magnesium Capsules will be suitable for most people, but you should check with your doctor or Chemist4U pharmacist if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have any pre-existing medical conditions or take any other medications or herbal remedies, including those obtained without a prescription.

Are there any side effects? 

It is very unlikely that you will experience any side effects from taking this supplement. If you experience any symptoms of an allergic reaction (difficulty breathing, swelling of the face, skin rash) seek medical attention immediately.

Storage information

Store out of sight and reach of children away from direct sunlight. Do not use this supplement after the expiry date, referring to the last day of the month stated on the packaging.
