What is Nutri Within Bio Cultures Complex?

Nutri Within Bio Cultures Complex is a supplement containing 5 key probiotics to help gut health and digestion: Lactobacillus acidophilus, Streptococcus thermophilus, Lactobacillus salivarius, Bifidobacterium bifidum and Lactobacillus rhamnosus. These probiotics are often referred to as ‘friendly bacteria’ and can potentially help to restore the balance of bacteria in the gut and help those with irritable bowel syndrome (IBS).

What is the recommended dosage?

The recommended dosage is one capsule per day, swallowed whole with water and preferably with a meal. Taking a food supplement can be beneficial for your health if you don’t get enough essential vitamins and minerals through your diet alone. This product is not, however, a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and healthy lifestyle.

What are probiotics?

Probiotics are live bacteria that are often added to yoghurts or taken as food supplements. They are thought to help restore the natural balance of bacteria in your gut after an illness or medical treatment. Evidence suggests that probiotics can help to prevent diarrhoea when taking antibiotics and help to ease some symptoms of IBS.

When should this product not be used?

Nutri Within Bio Cultures Complex will be suitable for most people, but you should check with your doctor or Chemist4U pharmacist if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have any pre-existing medical conditions or take any other medications or herbal remedies, including those obtained without a prescription.

Are there any side effects?

It is very unlikely that you will experience any side effects from taking this supplement. If you experience any symptoms of an allergic reaction (difficulty breathing, swelling of the face, skin rash) seek medical attention immediately.

If you experience any side effects, including those that are not listed in the patient information leaflet, you can report them using the MHRA Yellow Card Scheme.

Nutri Within Bio Cultures Complex - 365 Capsules Reviews

By Anne Wallace,
October 25, 2022
I have only been using this for a week (for a digestive problem), my GP advised me to buy them as they have all the live cultures a gut needs. In the last day or so my stomach seems to have improved a little, time will tell, but I am confident that they will do the trick.
