The Lovehoney Health Silicone Kegel Toning Set contains three kegel exercisers ranging in weight from 50g to 100g, crafted from soft silicone and shaped for easy, progessive training. How to use kegel balls
When you’re just starting out with kegel exercises, we recommend trying the 50g ball before progressing onto the heavier 80g and 100g balls when you’re ready. Start by cleaning with fragrance-free soap and warm water, then apply a generous amount of water-based lubricant to the kegel balls and to the entrance of your vagina. Insert the kegel ball by pressing it against the opening of the vagina until it slides in.
To work on strengthening your pelvic floor, contract your pelvic muscles for 5 seconds and repeat 20 times while you’ve got the kegel balls inserted. You can also leave the kegel balls in for up to 6 hours per day, allowing your pelvic muscles to hold them in place for you. Once you’ve removed the kegel balls, clean them again with fragrance-free soap and warm water before storing them away in the provided bag.
