What is Healthspan ImmunoVit Mushroom Complex?

The HealthSpan ImmunoVit range is designed to support immune health and safeguard you from any deficiencies with innovative ingredients combined with proven immune nutrients. Mushroom Complex is a vegan formula containing expertly selected natural extracts from three mushroom species with specific nutritional profiles: reishi, maitake and shiitake. This supplement also contains vitamin B12 to provide benefits for your nervous system and energy levels. 

What is the recommended dosage?

The recommended dosage is one capsule per day, swallowed whole with water. Taking a food supplement can be beneficial for your health if you don’t get enough essential vitamins and minerals through your diet alone. These capsules are not, however, a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and healthy lifestyle. 

What are the nutritional benefits of mushrooms?

Mushrooms are packed with fibre, vitamins and minerals which offer a whole range of nutritional benefits. Are there any side effects?

Storage information

Store out of sight and reach of children away from direct sunlight. Do not use this supplement after the expiry date, referring to the last day of the month stated on the packaging.
