What is GOPO Joint Health?

The GOPO Joint Health Range is made from 100% specially cultivated natural rose-hip and is the only product of its kind to contain a high level of GOPO - a key component of the rose-hip which may play a valuable role in the care of joints and joint tissues. GOPO Joint Health products are rich in vitamin C and free from yeast, gluten, wheat, dairy and lactose. 

What is GOPO?

GOPO is a galactolipid compound derived from the seeds and husks of fruit from a rose-hip sub-species called Rosa Canina. It is manufactured using a unique drying process which ensures high content levels of all the heat and light-sensitive active ingredients. Research has found that GOPO may be beneficial for maintaining healthy joints and joint tissues.

What causes joint pain?

Joint pain is a common problem that affects many people, particularly as we get older. Common types of joint pain include knee pain, shoulder pain, hip pain, foot pain, hand pain, elbow pain and neck pain. Causes of joint pain include: 

  • Sprains and strains

  • Osteoarthritis

  • Rheumatoid arthritis

  • Gout

  • Bursitis

When should this product not be used?

GOPO Joint Health may be unsuitable for certain people. Do not take this product if you are allergic to any of the ingredients. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or taking any other medicines, we recommend speaking to a Chemist4U pharmacist before taking any new medicines or supplements.

Are there any side effects? 

GOPO Joint Health is unlikely to cause significant side effects. Seek emergency medical attention if you notice any signs of a severe allergic reaction, symptoms of which include swelling of the face and throat, skin rash, breathing difficulties and/or loss of consciousness.

Storage information

Store in a cool, dry place out of sight and reach of children. Do not use after the expiry date, referring to the last day of the month stated on the packaging. Do not throw away any medicines via wastewater or household waste.
