How will this product help my body to release energy?
Emergen-C contains a range of 6 B vitamins which all work together to help your body to release energy from food. They also contain 1000mg of Vitamin C which helps to support your immune system, and Manganese and Zinc, which work as antioxidants, protecting your cells from oxidative stress.
How to take Emergen-C
Take one Emergen-C sachet every day. Open the sachet and pour into a glass of water, then stir thoroughly and drink. Do not take more than the recommended daily dose.
When should Emergen-C not be used?
Emergen-C is not suitable for use by children. Do not take this product if you are allergic to any of the listed ingredients.
