Active Iron capsules contain 14mg of iron in every capsule, this is enough to fulfil 100% of your daily NRV (Nutritional Reference Value) of iron. They’re easy on your stomach and don’t cause inflammation, which helps to prevent unwanted side effects such as stomach pain, cramps, nausea, and constipation.
Who would need iron supplements?
There are lots of different people who could benefit from daily iron supplements. For example, women who are pregnant or have heavier periods may find that they benefit from iron supplements as they can struggle to get enough iron from their body alone. If you exercise regularly, then you may also benefit from Active Iron, as iron helps to transport oxygen around your body and helps to ease tiredness and fatigue.
How to take Active Iron capsules
For adults and children over the age of 12, take 1 Active Iron capsule every day. Do not take more than the recommended daily amount.
When should Active Iron not be used?
Active Iron is not suitable for children under the age of 12. Do not take this product if you are allergic to whey or any of the other listed ingredients. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced and healthy diet.
