What are 4Head strips?

These 4Head strips are easy to apply and can be used for up to 6 hours, helping to keep the pain at bay whenever you need it.

What are migraines?

Migraines are a common problem which feel like a severe throbbing headache on one side of your head. The difference between migraines and a headache are that pain in your head is not the only symptom of a migraine. Other symptoms you may experience during a migraine include:

  • Nausea
  • Vomiting
  • Increased sensitivity to light
  • Increased sensitivity to sound
  • Light-headedness
  • Blurred vision
  • Seeing spots or flashing lights

How will this product help to relieve my migraine?

4Head strips use an advanced hydro-gel strip, which provides an instant cooling effect. It does this by absorbing water and using evaporative cooling to soothe your forehead. 4Head strips also contain the active ingredient levomenthol, which has a cooling painkilling effect and helps to relax the muscles in your head and neck.

How to use 4Head strips.

Before using your 4Head strips, make sure the area you are going to apply it to is clean and dry. Remove one 4Head strips from the resealable laminate sachet and remove the transparent film from the back of the strip. Place the 4Head strip onto your forehead and press gently to apply. Use each strip for as long as you need it and then throw it away with your regular household waste. Do not use each strip more than once.

When should 4Head strips not be used?

4Head strips are not suitable for children under the age of 12. Do not apply strip over eyes or eyelids, contact with eyes, nostrils, or mouth can cause irritation. Do not apply 4Head strips to broken or irritated skin. Do not use this product if you are allergic to any of the listed ingredients.

These are really great the only reason I have given them a 4 star instead of a 5 star is because I wish they were slightly sticker so they would adhere better to my neck. They are great on the forehead though!

A great alternative to taking medication
