Buy Zolmitriptan Tablets
Zolmitriptan Tablets are used to treat migraines, helping to relieve your headache and other symptoms of a migraine attack, such as nausea or vomiting and sensitivity to light or sound.
These tablets contain the active ingredient zolmitriptan which belongs to a group of medicines known as triptans. When you have a migraine, your blood vessels may widen; zolmitriptan works by reducing the size of these blood vessels to effectively relieve your pain. Zolmitriptan Tablets only work to treat a migraine once it's started; they cannot prevent them.
How zolmitriptan treats migraine headaches
Migraine symptoms may be caused by the widening of blood vessels in the head. Zolmitriptan is thought to reduce the widening of these blood vessels, helping to relieve your migraine and other symptoms of a migraine attack, such as feeling or being sick and being sensitive to light and sound.
Directions
Always take Zolmitriptan Tablets exactly as described in the patient information leaflet or as your doctor / Chemist4U pharmacist has told you. You can take Zolmitriptan Tablets as soon as a migraine headache starts. You can also take it once an attack is underway.
The recommended dose is one tablet (either 2.5 mg or 5 mg). Swallow your tablet with a drink of water. You can take another dose if the migraine is still present after two hours or if it returns within 24 hours. If the tablets did not give you enough help with your migraine, tell your doctor. Your doctor may change your treatment. Do not take more than the dose prescribed for you. Do not take more than two doses in one day unless prescribed to by your doctor. The maximum daily dose is 10 mg.

FAQs
What is a migraine?
A migraine is when you have a severe throbbing pain on one side of the head, but some people may find that the pain affects the area behind the eyes, back of the head and the neck, too. Symptoms like nausea, vomiting and an increased sensitivity to light or sound are typically signs that your headache is a migraine.
Migraines are a relatively common health condition in the UK and they usually begin in early adulthood. They affect around 1 in 5 women and around 1 in every 15 men.
Does zolmitriptan cause drowsiness?
During a migraine attack, your reactions may be slower than usual. Bear this in mind when you drive or use any tools or machines. Zolmitriptan is unlikely to affect driving or using tools or machines. However, it is best to wait to see how zolmitriptan affects you before you try these activities.
