Why use a fixative powder?
Fixative powders ensure that your dentures are secure and stable all day. If you wear dentures it’s important to have peace of mind that they are going to remain in place all day and can withstand the effects of actions such as chewing and biting. Using a fixative powder means you can rely on your dentures to remain in place all day so you can enjoy life to the full including enjoying your favourite food and drinks without worrying about your dentures becoming loose.
How can Wernets ensure your dentures stay in place?
Wernets Denture Powder contains two adhesive ingredients that both hold your dentures in place and ensure they are comfortable once they have been applied. It also prevents food particles from settling and becoming stuck on the denture plate, which prevents irritation. The simple powder formula is easy to apply and helps the dentures to hold to the roof of your mouth or gums and is easy to remove at the end of the day. The way the fixative powder works is by forming a seal underneath your dentures which ensures long-lasting hold and prevents particles from entering the plate.

How to remove Super Wernets
When you are ready to remove your dentures, swill your mouth with water to loosen the powder. Working with powders can cause fine particles (dust) to be released into the air. Breathing fine particles in sufficient quantity can cause ill health, even if the substance is insoluble or is not toxic. If the substance is toxic or corrosive the risk may be greater than for gases or vapours because the fine particles present a more concentrated exposure

Best way to remove glue from roof of mouth after removing my dentures?
To get rid of the sticky feeling on your gums after you remove your dentures, just gargle some warm water, then rinse and repeat a couple of times. Gargle for a minute each time to wash away any remaining residue. If the adhesive still won’t budge, brush your teeth and gums with toothpaste and hot water, just like you normally would.Another way to remove denture adhesive is to gargle using mouthwash instead of water. Mouthwash loosens the adhesive, while also giving you fresh breath.
