What is Fixodent Plus?

Fixodent Plus is a denture adhesive cream which keeps your dentures in place for ten times longer than they would stay without adhesive. Its antibacterial properties help to keep your breath feeling fresher for up to 6 hours while remaining comfortable and simple to use. The thin nozzle of this cream helps to make it easier to seal food out, preventing discomfort caused by food particles lodging beneath your dentures.

Why do I need a denture adhesive cream?

If you’re wearing full or partial dentures, you could benefit from a denture adhesive cream. These creams help to keep your dentures in place for longer, so you don’t have to worry that your dentures will move or slide during the day. They also help to keep irritating food particles from lodging beneath your denture plate, so you can feel comfortable and confident all day long.

How to use Fixodent Plus

Use Fixodent Plus with your dentures to secure them in place all day. Use around 1g of cream for each application, which will be around 8cm of cream. Apply cream to your dentures as described in the patient information leaflet and insert dentures as instructed for best results.

When should Fixodent Plus not be used?

Do not use Fixodent Plus if you are allergic to any of the listed ingredients. If you experience any pain or irritation while using this cream, stop use straight away. If irritation continues, speak to your doctor or Chemist 4 U pharmacist. Speak to your dentist regularly to ensure that your dentures are properly fitted.
