What are Seabond Fixative Seals?
Seabond Fixative Seals are adhesive cushions that help to keep your dentures securely in place all day long. They cover your denture plates, protecting your gums and preventing food particles from lodging beneath your dentures and causing irritation. Seabond Fixative Seals are available for upper and lower dentures.
What are fixative seals?
Fixative seals are designed to fit to your dentures, forming an adhesive that will keep dentures in place all day long. If you struggle with dentures that move or slide around during the day, a fixative seal can help to keep them in place until you’re ready to take them out again.
How will these seals keep my dentures in place?
Seabond Fixative Seals are activated when they are moistened with water or saliva, forming a strong bond that will keep your dentures in place all day long. They cover the denture plate, forming a seal that will hold for a long time and keep food from lodging beneath your dentures.
How to use Seabond Fixative Seals
Before using this product, make sure dentures are clean and dry. Place the Seabond Fixative Seal onto your denture and trim to size if needed. Moisten the seal with warm water and place carefully onto your denture. Insert the denture into your mouth and hold firmly in place until secure. If bond doesn’t stick, moisten with a little more water.
