This Numark Dry Cough Linctus is a form of treatment that works to provide relief for a dry cough. It works thanks to the active ingredient in the liquid which is dextromethorphan. Dextromethorphan is a cough suppressant that helps to reduce a dry cough.
What causes a dry cough?

How should Numark Adult Dry Cough Linctus be used?
The medicine should be taken by putting the liquid on a spoon and taking orally. Children aged 7-12 should take 5ml up to four times a day. Children over the age of 12 and adults can double this dosage. If symptoms still persist, then stop using and speak to a doctor or Chemist 4 U pharmacist.
Are there any side effects?
There is a chance of side effects since it is a medicine. If you are allergic to aspirin, then the chances of side effects increase. Potential side effects include:
- Nausea
- Vomiting
- Stomach upset
- Diarrhoea
