How Beechams Max Strength All In One Ultra works
Beechams Max Strength All In One Ultra combines three ingredients to get you feeling better:
- Paracetamol eases aches and pains whilst bringing down your fever
- Guaifenesin loosens phlegm, making chesty coughs more productive and easier to clear
- Phenylephrine hydrochloride clears blocked noses and sinuses so you can breathe freely again
Directions
Take two capsules every four hours as required. Do not take more than the recommended dose. Always use the lowest effective dose to relieve your symptoms. Do not take the capsules for more than five consecutive days without talking to your doctor first.

- Raised blood pressure
- Headaches
- Dizziness
- Difficulty sleeping
- Nervousness
- Anxiety
- Diarrhoea
- Sickness
Warnings
- Do not take these capsules if you are allergic to paracetamol, guaifenesin, phenylephrine hydrochloride or any of the other listed ingredients
- Do not take these capsules if you have kidney problems, liver problems (including alcoholic liver disease), an overactive thyroid, diabetes, high blood pressure, heart disease, pheochromocytoma, glaucoma or an enlarged prostate
- Tell your prescriber if you are taking/using any other medicines
- These capsules are unsuitable for anyone under the age of 16
- This product might make you feel dizzy. If you are affected, avoid driving or operating machinery until you feel safe enough to do so
