What is Ella One Emergency Contraception?
Ella One is a morning-after pill that can prevent a pregnancy after unprotected sex, or if your contraceptive method has failed. Ella One is effective when it matters most because it can prevent pregnancy even when you are about to ovulate, which is when your risk of getting pregnant is greatest.
This product works by delaying egg release, so by the time an egg is released, the sperm inside you are no longer capable of making you pregnant.
Active Ingredients: Each tablet of Ella One contains 30mg of ulipristal acetate.
How should Ella One Emergency Contraception be used?
Always use this medicine exactly as described by your pharmacist or doctor. Take one tablet by mouth as soon as possible and no later than 5 days (120 hours) after unprotected sex or contraceptive failure. Take the tablet without delay
You can take Ella One at any time in your cycle and at any time of the day either before, during or after a meal. If you are using one of the medicines that may prevent Ella One from working properly, or if you have used one of these medicines in the past 4 weeks, this product may work less effectively for you. Will Ella One work if I am already pregnant?

If you have unprotected sex after taking Ella One, it will NOT stop you from becoming pregnant. Unprotected sex at any time during your cycle can lead to pregnancy.
