Kira Hormonal Balance Tablets are a food supplement, which, when taken as part of a balanced diet and healthy lifestyle, can help to maintain a feeling of energy, balance and mental performance. 

The tablets contain a high strength combination of essential vitamins and minerals to keep you in balance throughout the day. Kira is formulated to release the vitamins throughout the day for optimum support. 

Kira Hormonal Balance tablets are free from artificial colours, gluten, gelatin, sugar and lactose. These tablets are suitable for vegetarians. 

 

Directions

One tablet should be taken per day with a meal. Swallow whole, do not chew. 

 

Vitamins and minerals

Vitamin C (60mg)

Vitamin C is an antioxidant that helps to protect your cells against the effects of free radicals. It also helps you maintain healthy skin, blood vessels, bones and cartilage.

Vitamin B1 (4.2mg)

Vitamin B1 helps the body break down and release energy from food. It also helps to keep the nervous system healthy. 

Vitamin B2 (4.8mg)

Vitamin B2 helps to keep your skin, eyes and nervous system healthy. It also helps the body release energy from food. 

Niacin (54mg)

Niacin is a vitamin that helps lower cholesterol, ease arthritis and improves circulation. 

Vitamin B6 (6mg)

Vitamin B6 helps chemical reactions in the immune system and is necessary for processes like brain development and transporting oxygen through your bloodstream. 

Folic Acid (400ug)

Folic acid helps to maintain a healthy nervous system alongside working with vitamin B12 to form healthy red blood cells which carry oxygen around the body.
