XLS Medical Weight Loss Plus Tablets contain a unique combination of natural ingredients that reduce calorie intake from fat and sugars, helping you to lose more weight than dieting alone. The clinically proven formula contains natural grape marc extract and natural l-arabinose derived from corn to effectively reduce the calorie intake of fat and sugars from your food.
What is the recommended dosage?
Always take these tablets exactly as described in the patient information leaflet. Take two tablets 30 minutes before each of the two main meals daily. Do not exceed four tablets daily. Whilst taking XLS Medical Weight Loss Plus Tablets, make sure you’re drinking enough liquid during the day. It is recommended to take this product two hours apart from any other orally administered medications.
How do fat binders work?
Fat binders, like XLS medical, are a type of supplement that prevents fat from being stored in your digestive tract. They work by attracting the fat molecules in food and attaching them to them before they can be digested. By preventing the fat from being absorbed by your body, it will instead pass through your body naturally when you go to the toilet.
Is XLS Medical suitable for children?
No, XLS Medical products are not suitable for children and are only recommended to adults over the age of 18. Use of XLS Medical products by adolescents aged 12-18 years old must only be done so under the supervision of their doctor.
Is XLS Medical suitable for pregnant and breastfeeding women?

Are there any side effects?
XLS Medical Weight Loss Plus Tablets may cause side effects in some people, but these won’t affect everybody. Seek emergency medical attention if you notice any signs of a severe allergic reaction, symptoms of which include swelling of the face and throat, skin rash, breathing difficulties and/or loss of consciousness. Flatulence should stop after a few days once your body adapts to the medicine. If you notice any other side effects, treatment should be discontinued.
Storage information
Store below 25°C in a cool, dry place out of sight and reach of children. Do not use after the expiry date, referring to the last day of the month stated on the packaging. Do not throw away any medicines via wastewater or household waste.
