Foundayo Pill Bundles

What's included in my Foundayo bundle?

Your bundle comes with two packets of Foundayo tablets (30 in each), so that's 60 tablets in total, enough for two months of treatment.

At the moment, only the 0.8mg and 2.5mg bundles are available. You’d start on the 0.8mg dose for your first month, then step up to 2.5mg for your second month.

Taking your Foundayo bundle

Even with two packets on hand, nothing changes about how you take it. It's still just one tablet a day.

• Take one tablet a day, with or without food.
• Swallow it whole. Don't crush, chew, or split it.
• Pick a time that suits you and try to stick to it each day.
• Take it alongside a reduced-calorie diet and regular physical activity.
• Missed a dose? Take it as soon as you remember, but never take two in one day to catch up.
• Missed seven days or more in a row? Check in with your prescriber before starting again.

Possible side effects of Foundayo

Like all medicines, Foundayo can cause side effects in some people, but not everyone will get them. They're most likely to happen when you first start treatment or after a dose increase, and they usually settle down as your body gets used to it.

Very common side effects (affecting more than one in 10 people):

• feeling sick (nausea)
• being sick (vomiting)
• constipation
• diarrhoea
• indigestion
• stomach pain

Common side effects (affecting up to one in 10 people):

• dizziness
• headaches
• a faster heartbeat
• lower blood pressure
• bloating
• burping
• reflux or heartburn
• wind
• gallstones
• hair thinning or loss
• feeling tired

Things to know before you start

Don't take Foundayo if:

• you're allergic to orforglipron or any of its ingredients
• you or a close family member has had medullary thyroid carcinoma (MTC)
• you have multiple endocrine neoplasia syndrome type 2 (MEN 2)
• you have severe liver problems (Child-Pugh Class C)
• you're pregnant or breastfeeding

Let your prescriber know if you take any other medicines, including over-the-counter ones and supplements, as they may affect how well Foundayo works, and vice versa.

It's also a good idea to use an extra or different form of contraception for 30 days after starting Foundayo, and again for 30 days after any dose increase, as it may make the contraceptive pill less effective.

Get medical help straight away if you notice:

• Ongoing, severe pain in your stomach or abdomen. This may indicate
• Hypoglycaemia: low blood sugar symptoms like shaking, confusion, or feeling lightheaded.
• Changes in vision (particularly if you have type 2 diabetes).
• Gallbladder problems: abdominal pain, a fever, or yellowing of your skin or eyes.
• A serious allergic reaction.

Storing your Foundayo bundle

Since you'll have extra packets you won't need right away, it's worth taking a bit more care with storage.

• Keep Foundayo at room temperature (20-25°C).
• Leave it in its original packaging, as it needs protecting from light.
• Store it well out of children's sight and reach.

When should I reorder my Foundayo bundle?

Try to reorder 1-2 weeks before you'll need your next packet. That gives our clinicians time to review your consultation and get your order to you.
