The size A cup is designed for women aged between 18 to 30 who have not given birth vaginally. However, if you are over 30 with a fairly active lifestyle and strong pelvic floor muscles, this cup might be best suited for you.

How &Sisters The Nüdie Period Cup works

The period cup works by making contact with your vaginal canal to create a leakproof seal. The cup is worn internally, just like a tampon. Instead of absorbing your period, the cup collects it. The Nüdie cup moulds to your cervix so you don’t leak.

Directions

Before inserting the cup, start off by washing your hands. Fold the cup in half to form a C shape. Keeping the cup folded, guide it into your vagina. To check that your cup has opened completely, use your fingers to feel that the cup bottom is round. 

Inserting the cup does require practice. Your cervix might move during menstruation so knowledge of your own anatomy can help.
