Directions
To use the tampon, hold it between the index finger and the thumb. Insert the tampon inside the vagina. Once the tampon has been inserted, gently push it inside, making sure to leave the string outside of the vagina.
Warnings
Do not leave in for more than 6 hours as this can lead to toxic shock syndrome (TSS).
