- Folic Acid – 360µg
- Vitamin B12 – 8.5µg
- Biotin - 128µg
- Pantothenic Acid – 20.7mg
- Magnesium – 90mg
- Zinc – 9mg
How will these tablets prepare me for the day ahead?
Berocca Tablets contain a range of B Vitamins, which all work together to help your body to release energy from your food. This helps you to feel energised all day long. They also contain magnesium, which helps your body turn the food you eat into energy, and zinc which helps your body to process the carbohydrates in your food.
How to take Berocca Tablets
Swallow 1 Berocca Tablet with a glass of water every day. For best results, take in the morning to prepare you for the day ahead. Do not take more than the recommended daily dose.
When should Berocca Tablets not be used?
Berocca Tablets are not suitable for use by children under the age of 18. Do not take this product if you are allergic to milk, lactose, or any of the other listed ingredients. Food supplements should not be used in place of a balanced diet or healthy lifestyle. Berocca Tablets are not suitable for use by those who:
- Are pregnant
- Are breastfeeding
- Have kidney problems
