Directions

Download the Flow app and connect your device using Bluetooth. The app will show you how to use the device and will provide you with a personal guide.

The headset will have a green LED light displayed on the front when it is charged and turned on. To start the stimulation press the start button. Once the button has been pressed, the stimulation should begin.
