What does antimicrobial mean?

A microbe (also known as a microorganism) are small organisms that include:

• Bacteria
• Viruses
• Protozoans 
• Fungi

They can be found everywhere on surfaces, on your skin and inside your body. Although many microorganisms are harmless some are dangerous and can cause diseases and health conditions. Antimicrobials spread quickly in unclean environments, such as on dirty surfaces and uncleansed hands, so it is important to disinfectants regularly to remove harmful microbes. An antimicrobial is a substance that can kill or limit the growth of a microorganism. Chemicals such as bleach and alcohol are classed as antimicrobials as they can kill microbes.

How to use this product 

There are two ways you can use this product:

• To sanitise surfaces
• To sanitise hands

Sanitising surfaces with Clinell Spray

Spray the product directly onto the surface. Using a clean cloth, wipe in an S shaped pattern from the clean to dirty. Allow the surface to air dry.

Sanitising hands with Clinell Spray

Spray the product into the palm of your hand then use the following hand cleansing procedure:

1. Rub your hand together, palm to palm. 
2. Rub the back of each hand with the palm of the other hand with fingers interlaced.
3. Rub with the backs of your fingers to opposing palms with fingers interlaced. 
4. Rub palm to palm with fingers interlaced. 
5. Rub each thumb with the other hand in a circle. 
6. Rub tips of fingers on the opposite palm in a circular motion. 
7. Rub each wrist with the opposite hand. 
8. Allow the hands to air dry.

When NOT to use Clinell 

Do NOT use this product if you are allergic to any of the ingredients (see ingredients tab for full list). This product is for external use only. It is not recommended to use this product after washing hands.
