Before you use these socks, make sure your feet are clean and dry.
Soaking your feet in warm water for 30 minutes before applying the socks may help to speed up the exfoliating process, but isn’t necessary if you don’t have the time.
Cut the tops off of the socks along the dotted line and make sure you’re sitting comfortably.
Slip the socks onto your feet and use the adhesive strips to close them and keep them in place.
Sit back and relax for 60 minutes while the Footner socks work their magic.
Remove your socks and rinse your feet and you’re done!
Footner Exfoliating Socks are a popular and effective way to remove hard and dry skin on your feet.
After keeping your feet in the socks for 60 minutes, the dead skin on your feet will slowly start to peel, leaving soft, smooth skin underneath.
If you have deep cracks in your heels, however, you should avoid using Footner as the acidic lotion may cause irritation.
For best results, we recommend using Footner exfoliating socks every 2 – 3 months.
This will help to keep the skin on your feet soft and smooth without being too harsh on your skin.
For more information about when you should and shouldn't use these socks, please see the information leaflet included with the product.
Most of your dead skin will peel away within the first few days of using your Footner socks.
At first, you’ll see bigger pieces of skin peel away, after that smaller pieces will come off little by little.
All in all, the peeling process can take anything between 7 – 20 days to completely finish.
Footner socks will only cause any dead skin on your feet to peel away, so naturally, you’ll probably see more drastic results on your heels or any other areas of your feet where dry skin has built up.
However, if there are parts of your feet that you don’t want to peel (for example, the tops of your feet) you can apply Vaseline to those areas before using the socks.
This will help to create a barrier between your skin and the contents of the Footner socks and help to prevent peeling.
If you have diabetes then you shouldn’t use Footner products and should speak to your doctor before trying any new footcare products for the first time.
You shouldn’t use Footner exfoliating socks if you’re pregnant or breastfeeding.
This is because your skin becomes more sensitive at these times, and this could affect how these socks interact with your skin.
If you want to use this product, we recommend waiting until you’ve finished breastfeeding and then speak to your doctor to double-check that this product is safe for you to use.
