Bazuka Verruca & Wart Gel is a clinically proven treatment for verrucas, warts, corns and calluses.
How Bazuka Verrucca & Wart Gel works
Bazuka Verruca & Wart Gel contains salicylic acid and lactic acid.
The ingredients work together to soften the hard skin, removing the infections more easily.
The gel also reaches underneath the skin, unclogging the pores and killing the virus that causes warts and verrucas.
Directions
Always use Bazuka Verruca & Wart Gel exactly as described in the patient information leaflet or as your doctor / Chemist4U pharmacist has told you.
Soak the affected area in warm water for 2-3 minutes. Carefully dry the area thoroughly, using only your own towel to prevent the infection from spreading to other people.
Remove the protective green cap, leaving the white nozzle attached to the tube. Carefully apply a thin gel coat to the corn, callus, wart, or verruca to avoid the gel spreading to the healthy skin.
Let the gel dry for a few minutes. It will create a small, white, water-resistant patch that sticks to the area.
The following evening, carefully peel off the white patch of dried gel and apply a fresh layer of gel.
Once a week, before applying the fresh gel, gently rub the wart, verruca, callous or corn with the emery board provided or with a pumice stone. The length of treatment will vary depending on size and resistance.
Ask your healthcare provider for advice if the treatment has not worked within 12 weeks.
Side effects
Bazuka Verruca & Wart Gel may cause side effects in some people, but these won’t affect everybody.
Whilst the gel is working, you might feel a slight tingling sensation and/or some mild tenderness in the treated area.
If you accidentally get the gel on normal areas of the skin, it may irritate.
If you experience any side effects, including any not included in the patient information leaflet, you can report them using the MHRA Yellow Card Scheme.
Serious side effects
Seek emergency medical attention if you notice any signs of a severe allergic reaction, symptoms of which include swelling of the face and throat, skin rash, breathing difficulties and/or loss of consciousness.
