Who do you price match against?
We will match the price of a product, excluding delivery charges or other additional services, against the list of reputable online pharmacies below. If you don’t see the pharmacy listed where you have found a price difference, please still submit your request, choosing “other” as the option, and a member of our team will be sure to consider your request.

To ensure you always get the best deal, we regularly compare our prices with a range of leading competitors. If you find our products cheaper at another UK registered online pharmacy, we will credit the difference to your account. Please review the terms and conditions below to check if you are eligible for our price promise guarantee:
- Identical Product: The competitor's item must be identical to the one you want to price match (e.g. brand, size, quantity and strength).
- Stock Availability: Both Chemist4U and the competitor must have the product in stock and ready for delivery.
- Publicly Advertised Price: The competitor’s price must be publicly advertised and should not include any promotional offers, discounts, or voucher codes.
- Price Match Scope: We will match the price of a product excluding delivery charges or other additional services.
- No Combined Offers: Other promotional offers or vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with a price match.
- Service Conditions: Comparable service conditions include consultation charges, delivery prices and timeframes.
- Timeframe: The price match claim must be made within 7 days of your purchase from Chemist4U.
- Prescription Fees: Prices should include any delivery and prescription fees charged by the competitor.
- Our Competitors: Please refer to the list of competitors above that we price match against.
- Products: We do not offer a price promise on all our products. Please refer to the list above to see the products excluded from our price match.
- Full Price: We do not price match against a product where a discount has been applied. Full price items only.
- Changes To This Policy: We reserve the right to make changes or amendments to this policy at any time.
