Before using Scholl Pressure Point Foam Padding, make sure your feet are clean and dry. Cut your foam into the best shape for the area you are trying to treat and then remove the backing paper. Press the foam to your skin, pressing firmly to ensure that it is properly attached. If skin is broken, apply foam over the top of first aid dressing.
