Directions
Put the period pants on just like you would any other underwear!
Before washing your period pants, rinse them with cold water. Wash your pants under 40 degrees Celsius. Do not use any bleaching agents, fabric conditioner or a tumble dryer as this can damage the absorbency of the core.
