What is Seven Seas, JointCare Max?

Seven Seas JointCare supports the formation of collagen and the maintenance of normal bones and muscle function. It has been formulated to give you the highest strength of Glucosamine available in any Seven Seas product combined with Omega-3, Collagen, Vitamin C & D to help support your joints.

Why is it important to look after our joints?

As we age, joint movement can become more stiff and less flexible because the amount of lubricating fluid inside our joints decrease and cartilage becomes thinner. Ligaments also tend to shorten and lose some flexibility, which makes joints feel stiff.

We tend not to think about our joints until we start suffering from complaints or pain, but it’s a good idea to start looking after our hips sooner rather than later. Here are some tips on how you can look after your hips as you age:

  • Exercise – Helps to strengthen the muscles around the joint
  • Good diet– Include plenty of Vitamins, particularly Vitamin D into your diet
  • Practise good posture – Helps to prevent joint issues
  • Maintain a healthy weight – Being overweight places more stress on your joints
  • Try supplements – Particularly supplements that contain Vitamin C and D

How can supplements help?

Taking supplements is quick and convenient way to ensure that we are getting the vitamins and minerals we need to stay healthy, especially if we’re not getting enough in our diet.
