What are Nytol Herbal Tablets?

Nytol Herbal is a herbal remedy that blends natural ingredients traditionally used to relieve sleeplessness. Nytol Herbal tablets are used to promote natural sleep, so if you haven’t used sleep aids before, these tablets are a great natural remedy to try.

How will Nytol Herbal Tablets relieve my symptoms?

Nytol Herbal Tablets contain a blend of three natural ingredients which have been traditionally used to relieve sleeplessness and anxiety. One of these ingredients is hops, which have been used as a long-time traditional way to induce sleep. The other two active ingredients in Nytol Herbal Tablets are valerian root extract and passionflower, which have both been used traditionally to help relieve insomnia and promote a feeling of calm.

How to take Nytol Herbal Tablets.

Take two Nytol Herbal Tablets an hour before you go to bed. Swallow Nytol Herbal Tablets with water and do not chew. The effects of Nytol Herbal Tablets may not occur immediately, so for best results use these tablets continuously for 2-4 weeks. If your symptoms do not improve or get worse after this time, speak to your doctor.

When should Nytol Herbal Tablets not be taken?

Nytol Herbal Tablets should not be taken by anyone under the age of 18. Do not take Nytol Herbal Tablets if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Do not take Nytol Herbal Tablets if you are taking antidepressant medications, or if you are already taking medication for anxiety or sleep. Nytol Herbal Tablets contain glucose, so consult your doctor before taking this medication if you have been told that you are intolerant to some sugars.

Nytol Herbal Tablets are designed to promote drowsiness, so do not drive or operate machinery or tools if you feel sleepy after taking this medication. Nytol Herbal Tablets may produce some side effects, just like any other medicine. These include:

  • Nausea
  • Stomach cramps

If you experience these or any other side effects, seek medical advice. You can also record any side effect that you discover using the MHRA's Yellow Card Scheme. To do this, go to the Yellow Card website.

Lying awake at night staring at the ceiling, tossing and turning, and counting more sheep than you ever thought you’d see in your life? You’re not alone.

Lots of people are up all night struggling with insomnia, so today we’re going to take a look at what insomnia is and why so many of us can’t seem to get those 8 hours of sleep we really need.

Our studies show that just 24% of people get the NHS recommended 7-8 hours sleep a night. With a range of factors keeping us up such as stress, partners, noise and caffeine - It’s time to switch up our sleeping habits, as not getting enough Z’s every night can alter our bodies’ much-needed nightly reboot and affect our brain’s capability to problem-solve. We surveyed 2,000 UK-based respondents on questions relating to their sleeping habits.

If you’ve ever lay in bed, staring at the ceiling, wondering why you can’t just fall asleep, and stressing over how many hours of potential sleep you have left until your alarm clock goes off, then you’ve probably considered taking sleeping tablets.

This is why we’re going to take a look at the different kinds of sleeping pills, which one could be the best for you, and why getting to sleep is not just as simple as taking a pill before bedtime.
