What is Kleenex Proactive Care Hygiene Adult Face Mask?

Kleenex Proactive Care Hygiene Adult Face Masks feature a breathable, 3 layer technology and an absorbent material on the inside to draw in moisture and prevent condensation - handy, especially if you wear glasses! These masks are made of dermatologically tested materials to help reduce irritation to your skin. This product contains 5 masks.

How to use this product

Each mask is for single use only, and should be safely disposed of after 4 hours of wear.

When should face masks be worn?

During an outbreak of a virus like COVID-19, it’s particularly important to wear a face mask in crowded places or clinical environments, such as your GP surgery and hospital. When used with frequent hand-washing and hand sanitiser, you’ll lower the risk of spreading an infection to others, which may be on your mind if you have a vulnerable or elderly person in your life.

Are reusable face coverings effective?

Washable or reusable face coverings are effective, with researchers reporting that they block between 62% and 87% of particles. However, surgical masks are a better option if you’re looking for the ultimate protection, blocking a higher average of 78%.
