Nizoral Dandruff Shampoo starts working from the first wash. You can expect to see results in as little as two weeks.

Directions

Massage the shampoo into wet hair and leave for 3-5 minutes. Rinse the product thoroughly.

I have a scalp problem which causes dandruff really bad, the Doctor advised me to use this because of the active ingredient called Ketoconazole. It's the only one that works for me. Use in conjunction with Nizarol anti dandruff daily shampoo, which doesn't have Ketoconazole in, so you can use this daily if required and the Nizarol with Ketoconazole once a fortnight.
