Can I drive after taking these tablets?

Can I drink alcohol while I’m taking these tablets?
If you drink alcohol while taking Kalms it can make the sedative effects of these tablets worse, making you feel much more sleepy or drowsy than you should. You should avoid drinking alcohol while taking this product because of this.
What is the dosage of Kalms Day tablets?
Take 2 Kalms Day tablets three times a day. Swallow with a sip of water after eating a meal. Do not take more than 6 tablets in one day. The effects of this medication may not happen straight away, so you should continue taking the tablets for 2 – 4 weeks. If you have not seen any improvement in your condition after 4 weeks of taking this product, stop use and speak to your doctor.
When should this product not be used?
Kalms Day tablets are not suitable for use in children under the age of 18. Do not take this product if you are allergic to valerian root or any of the other listed ingredients. Speak to your doctor or pharmacist before taking this product if you have been told by your doctor that you have an intolerance to some sugars, as this product contains sucrose.
Do Kalms tablets have any side effects?
Like all medications, Kalms Day tablets can have side effects, although not everyone will experience them. These include:
- Nausea
- Stomach cramps
- Other gastrointestinal effects

Can you take night kalms as well as these for day?
The dosage for Kalms is Adults and the elderly: Take 2 tablets three times per day with water after meals.
Maximum daily dose is 6 tablets.
