How to take Centrum Women multivitamins
Take 1 Centrum Women tablet every day. Take with a sip of water of another cool drink, for best results take with food. Do not take more than the recommended dose.
When should Centrum Women not be used?
Centrum Women multivitamins are not suitable for use by children. This product contains iron which can be harmful to children when taken in large doses. Do not take these multivitamins if you are allergic to any of the listed ingredients. Food supplements should not be used in place of a healthy and balanced diet.
