Numark Co-Enzyme Q10 & Vitamin B1 Capsules are a daily food supplement that can help to support your energy levels and normal heart function. These capsules are free from artificial colours, flavours, and preservatives, and contain no sugar or yeast.

 

How much of each nutrient is in these capsules?

This daily food supplement contains 30mg of Co-Enzyme Q10 in each capsule. They also contain 0.17mg of Thiamin, which is also known as Vitamin B1.

 

How will this product help to support my heart function?

These capsules contain Co-Enzyme Q10, which is thought to help to support the metabolism and work as an antioxidant. Antioxidants help to protect your cells from oxidative stress. They also contain Thiamin, or Vitamin B1, which helps to support healthy nerves, muscles, and heart function. Vitamin B1 can also work with other B vitamins to help your body to release energy from food.

 

How to take Numark Co-Enzyme Q10 & Vitamin B1 Capsules

Take one Numark Co-Enzyme Q10 & Vitamin B1 Capsule every day. For best results, take with food. Do not take more than the recommended dose, and read the patient information leaflet carefully before taking this product.
