What is Coenzyme Q10?
Coenzyme Q10 is a naturally occurring substance that your body makes in small doses. As you grow older, your natural production of Co-Q10 decreases, which is why many people choose to take supplements or find ways to get more Co-Q10 into their diet. Coenzyme Q10 works as an antioxidant, helping to protect your cells from oxidative stress, which happens as you age but can be made worse by pollutants such as cigarette smoke. How to take Valupak Co-Q10 Capsules
Take 1 Valupak Co-Q10 Capsule every day. For best results take with food or with a sip of water or another cool drink. Read the patient information leaflet before taking this product and do not take more than the recommended daily dose.
