What are Seven Seas JointCare Complete?

Seven Seas JointCare Complete capsules are multivitamin supplements containing essential vitamins and minerals to take care of your cartilage, bones, muscles and connective tissue. The JointCare range has been specifically formulated with vital nutrients to support an active lifestyle.

What is the recommended dosage?

The recommended dosage of Seven Seas JointCare Complete is two capsules a day with a glass of cold water. Taking a multivitamin tablet can be beneficial for your health if you don’t get enough essential vitamins and minerals through your diet alone. These tablets, however, are not a substitute for a varied, balanced diet and healthy lifestyle.

What vitamins are included in Seven Seas JointCare Complete?

Seven Seas JointCare Complete capsules contain a wide range of essential vitamins and minerals that are vital for your joint health. These include:

  • Vitamin C to contribute to normal collagen formation for the normal function of bones and cartilage

  • Vitamin D to contribute to the maintenance of normal bones and muscle function

  • Manganese to contribute to the normal formation of connective tissues

  • Calcium to support the maintenance of strong bones and muscle function

As well as these, Seven Seas JointCare Complete capsules also contain vitamin E, vitamin K, copper, cod liver oil, fish oil, glucosamine sulphate and chondroitin sulphate.

When should these tablets not be used?

Seven Seas JointCare Complete will be suitable for most adults, but you should check with your doctor or Chemist4U pharmacist if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have any pre-existing medical conditions or take any other medications or herbal remedies, including those obtained without a prescription.

Are there any side effects?

It is very unlikely that you will experience any side effects from taking Seven Seas JointCare Complete. If you experience any symptoms of an allergic reaction (difficulty breathing, swelling of the face, skin rash) seek medical attention immediately.

If you experience any side effects, including those that are not listed in the patient information leaflet, you can report them using the MHRA Yellow Card Scheme.
