What is Optrex Multi-Action Eye Wash?

Why do my eyes feel irritated?

There are many factors that can cause your eyes to become dry, irritated and uncomfortable. Spending lots of time in environments that are heated or air-conditioned can cause the eyes to dry out and become irritated. Places where the eyes are exposed to irritants such as dust and smoke can cause the eyes to become sore and uncomfortable. Wearing contacts or staring at screens can also cause the eyes to feel dry and irritated too. Taking regular breaks from screens and using hydrating eye treatments such as drops, sprays or washes can help to keep the eyes feeling comfortable. 

How can Optrex help to keep your eyes feeling comfortable?

Optrex helps to replenish the moisture in your eyes and wash out any irritants. The easy to use wash includes a FlexiSeal Eye Bath for easy administration. Optrex’s effective formula is PH balanced and contains plant extracts to gently cleanse the eye and remove dust, make-ups and other particles that can become trapped in the eye. The wash comes with a FlexiSeal eye bath for easy administration. This product is suitable for daily use if required. 

How to use Optrex eye wash

Wash and dry your hands thoroughly before use. Pour the eye wash into the FlexiSeal eye bath until it is around a third full. Bend the head forward and hold the eye bath by its base. Place the eye bath over the eye and slowly raise your head, keeping the eye open and allow the wash to flow into the eye. Gently move your head from side to side for around 30 seconds to allow the wash to flush out any irritants from the eye. 

When NOT to use this product

Do NOT use this product if you are allergic to any of the ingredients (see ingredients tab for full list). Do NOT use this product whilst or just before wearing contact lenses - wait for 15 minutes after using this product before wearing your contacts.
