What are Mounjaro weight loss bundles?

Our Mounjaro bundles provide a flexible, cost-effective way to manage your weight loss treatment. Unlike standard Mounjaro packs, Mounjaro bundles offer multiple pens in one purchase, making it easier to stay on track with your treatment, save money, and reduce the need for frequent consultations. Each bundle includes different strength combinations, as detailed below.

Mounjaro bundle directions

Always use the pens in your Mounjaro bundle exactly as described in the patient information leaflet or as advised by your doctor or Chemist4U pharmacist. Halving Mounjaro doses

Some people try to stretch their Mounjaro bundle by halving doses to make their pens last longer. We don’t recommend this or provide guidance on it. Mounjaro has set doses for a reason, and splitting them into smaller doses may reduce effectiveness, increase the risk of inaccurate dosing or expired medication use, and cause treatment gaps that could delay or cancel your next order for safety reasons.

Mounjaro side effects

Like all medicines, Mounjaro may cause side effects in some people, though not everyone will experience them. Common side effects may include:

• Nausea & vomiting
• Stomach (abdominal) pain
• Diarrhoea & constipation

Since you'll be following a titration path—where your Mounjaro dose gradually increases each month—side effects typically won’t be more severe with a higher-strength bundle like the Mounjaro Surge bundle. Your body will have had time to adjust to the medication throughout your weight loss journey.

Mounjaro warnings

• Do not use Mounjaro if you are allergic to tirzepatide or any of the other listed ingredients.
• Mounjaro bundles are only suitable for adults aged 18 and over.
• Do not use Mounjaro if you are pregnant or breastfeeding; contraception is also recommended during treatment.
• Inform your prescriber if you’re taking any other medications.

Mounjaro bundles with food, drink & alcohol

How to store your Mounjaro pens
