HistaHive tablets contain fexofenadine hydrochloride, a fast-acting, non-drowsy antihistamine. Specially formulated to relieve the symptoms of urticaria–commonly known as hives or nettle rash–HistaHive helps reduce red, raised and itchy patches on the skin.
You can expect noticeable symptom relief within just one hour of taking a tablet, with effects lasting for up to 24 hours, so you can stay comfortable and get on with your day without discomfort.
This is a 3 pack (90 tablets), meaning you'll have enough for a 3-month supply.
Directions
Always take HistaHive exactly as described in the patient information leaflet or as your doctor / Chemist4U pharmacist has told you. For adults and children aged 12 and over, take one 180mg tablet daily with water before a meal.
Side effects
Like all medicines, HistaHive may cause side effects in some people, but these won’t affect everybody. Common side effects may include:
- Headache
- Drowsiness
- Nausea
- Dizziness

Warnings
- Do not take these tablets if you are allergic to fexofenadine or any of the other listed ingredients. This medicine contains less than 23mg of sodium per tablet.
- Tell your prescriber if you are taking or have taken any other medicines.
- Do not give these tablets to a child under 12 years old.
- Do not take HistaHive if you are pregnant or breastfeeding unless advised by your doctor.
- HistaHives may make you feel drowsy or dizzy; do not drive or operate machinery until you know how this medicine affects you.

Storage information
Store in a cool, dry place out of sight and reach of children. Do not use after the expiry date, referring to the last day of the month stated on the packaging. Do not throw away any medicines via wastewater or household waste.
