FyboGel is an easy and effective way to increase your fibre intake in order to ease constipation. Using the active ingredient Ispaghula Husk, which helps the body ease constipation and return to its standard state. These sachets are gluten and sugar free.
How does FyboGel help with constipation?
The active ingredient in FyboGel is Ispaghula Husk. This is a natural ingredient that helps to relieve the effects of constipation. It does this by working to restore the amount of water in stools. As well, it helps to restore the natural movement in the bowel by lining the intestine. By doing this, FyboGel causes tension in the bowel wall, which results in bowel movements.
Who is FyboGel Orange suitable for?
It is suitable for adults and children aged 6 and over. You should not use FyboGel if you are allergic to any of the ingredients it contains. You should also not use if you:
- Are suffering from a blockage in the bowel
- Have a weak bowel
- Have difficulty swallowing
Can I use if I’m pregnant or breastfeeding?

It is recommended that you leave at least a 1/2 hour to 1 hour when using FyboGel before using any other medication. You should also not take with any other medication that causes constipation, such as codeine.
How often should I use FyboGel Orange?
For adults, use one sachet in the morning and one in the evening, preferably in after meals. For children, take half to one 5ml spoonful, depending on the age, in the morning and evening.
